I have a 9-10 years old Whirlpool underbench electric oven model AKZM 654/IX. The digital temperature display keeps on showing higher and higher residue temperature when the oven is completely cold. Currently, it is showing 100°C - 120°C. Few weeks ago it was showing 60°C - 80°C. As a result of that, when I turn on oven to the maximum (250°C), the temperature inside the oven only ever reaches around 120°C - 140°C. It looks like either the thermostat or the electronic temperature display may not be functioning correctly.
