Alternation to kitchen cabinet to fit cooktop and oven

Cut off certain part of cabinet to fit a free standing Cook top and oven

Remove gas oven and stovetop to replace it with an electric oven and induction stovetop. The existing oven and stovetop are 110cm wide combined. What is the best way forward? Is it to reconfigure the cabinets to fit a freestanding 60cm stovetop and oven unit?Would I need a handyman for the cabinets, gas plumber and electrician? Happy to negotiate on price and timing.

Need a licenced electrician to remove Venini Electric 60cm oven and replace it with Westinghouse Electric 60cm oven. Unsure whether the current oven is hardwired or plugin, there is a plug near the oven although when switching off it does not affect the oven. Photos attached.

I’m replacing an existing electric stove. There is already wiring coming out of the wall from where stove was (it is within a protective pipe as seen in photo) Gas main is terminated approx 3m away under the house. New stove picture attached.

Trueheat RCR9-6 Gas oven tuning off by itself sometimes and the pilot light go of as well. The igniter is also not working.
