Oven is not getting hot. Everything seems to be working but element is not getting hot

My oven and cooktop both stopped working at the same time. Not sure what's wrong with them both. Need someone to confirm if they are both broken or if it's something else.

Upgrading from a freestanding oven to wall oven and cooktop. Need the existing wire for the freestanding to be made to work with the 2 new units. Old unit is on a 32amp breaker. Old Everhot Oven is tripping the circuit breaker.

Free stand oven/stove grill igniter is broken and needs repairing. The unit is a Chef brand. Model CFG503WBNG.

Installers have put new apliances in. They advised getting joiner to move shelf above oven up a few mm to fit oven in properly. Also cupboard next to dishwasher is slightly too wide to open dishwasher properly. They suggested getting it planned/sanded back. Shelf covered in laminate.

Oven stopped working. Tested the voltage across L-N it was reading 0v, L-E was reading 240v. RCBO hasn’t tripped. Got in the roof space and inspected cabling but can’t see any obvious issues. When programed and started, the inverter microwave (Panasonic NN-SF564W) reverts to Cool mode (displays COOL), but does not start and complete the Cool process. Previously, the door had to be slammed shut for the Cool process to start and complete, before the actual program is initiated. Now, slamming the door shut is ineffective as well.
