Ensure there are no air gaps between external walls, cooktop, rangehood, and oven - to maintain good insulation for the house. 6. Ensure rangehood vents air from the cooktop to the outside to eliminate food cooking odours inside the house. 7. Ensure rainwater cannot enter through the externally facing rangehood ducts and vents - to maintain good water protection aganist flooding/leakage. 8. Undertake carpentry and repair to cabinetary as needed.

Remove non-structural wall from cavity around oven spave. See images for details. The pink crosses are the 2 parts of the wall i would like to remove. I have a Westinghouse WFEP915SB 90cm pyrolytic freestanding cooker. The oven door is not closing fully. I have replaced the hinges with brand new ones, but they are actually weaker, so I have put the old ones back in. The door doesn't quite close, so the light stays on. I've attached a pic.
