Remove paint/sealant from previously(?) mouldy bathroom. Previous owner painted over mould. The bathroom very small - probably ~5m^2 in size. 1. Remove vanity/cupboard/basin (seal pipework - basin to be replaced later). 2. Remove old sealant. 3. Remove paint from walls/ceiling across a combination of surfaces (rendered brick, concrete, plasterboard). The next stage (out of scope for this job) will be repainting and installing a new vanity/basin.

Hedge has been cut back so want it done before it grows back. You need to provide all materials for the job and leave everything clean and ensure that no chemicals harm the plants. I have 2 timber windows 1.8m x 1m that need to be sanded and some surfaces need paint to be removed. The job will be paid by the hour and all tools required will be proivded. The job needs to be done between Tuesday 11th and Friday 15th starting at 9am. Job will be paid as a day rate of $250 and should take approx 6 hours.

I own a strata apartment in Newtown and am looking to have the white paint on two bedroom ceilings chipped off/ removed chemically (non toxic as I’m living here) to reveal the bare concrete (plus cleaning). I’ve been told there’s nothing between the paint and the concrete (no render/plaster). There is already some damage to the paintwork due to a previously unfixed waterproofing of a balcony above which has since been fixed. Room 1: 465x292, room 2: 465x265. Depending on quote price I’d also consider the same work on my larger living room.

Paint stripping brick walls in a warehouse approx 50m2 - Due date: Flexible

I have 10 mirror frames requiring paint and rust removal. The rust is minimal but it is underneath the paint so figure the easiest way is to strip it back and start from scratch. The mirror frames are 60 centimeter diameter. Would be handy if you could paint and/or weld as well. Our budget isn't huge so please don't send crazy quotes.
