Find an experienced paint stripping expert in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

Due to tenants lack of ventilation of the bathroom, condensation and usage of a rock of pink salt on top of the metal cabinet, the paint between the shaving cabinet and the sink has bubbled and created the rust shown in the pictures. We need help to remove the paint bubbling, sand it and re-paint the bathroom walls and cealing.

Our bathroom tiles have been painted , the paint has started to peel away and chip. We would like to have the paint completely stripped away from the original tiles.
