I have 2 balustrades, front and rear of house. I need someone to: - Sand excess rust off front balustrade - Protect & Paint front balustrade 2 coats - Second coat back balustrade. - Stain timber both balustrades - Paint supplied by us Note: rear balustrade was already painted 1 coat but needs the cut outs properly coated and faces repainted. The other balcony has been sanded on the internal face but needs a light resanding. The street side has not been sanded yet. Also note, the balustrades are naturally made to rust, so we are painting them with an anti-rust to change the appearance. So you don’t need to remove the rust 100%. It’s always going to be there, you just need to do your best to remove as much as possible for a clean repaint. We’ve done most of the work anyway, main concern is the street side as I can’t get up on the ladder to sand/paint and I’m pregnant. We have a ladder you can work off for the driveway earlier, you can bring something else if you have something more suitable. See photos for details. I have a large open plan living area. It needs a freshen up. There is some cracking that needs repair but it’s minor. The ceilings also requires a refresh.
