Scope of work: All external wood pieces on the house, front porch, window shade, and the carport annotated in red. Requirements: All surfaces will undergo preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as required to ensure optimal adhesion and durability of the paint, followed by two topcoats of Dulux Premium Paint that best matches the exisiting colour on the wood. Preparation: Washing & cleaning all applicable surfaces if/as required and necessary. Protecting floors, furniture, windows, and other fixtures. Scraping and sanding all loose and flaking paint. Patching holes, Repairing cracks, and Filling gaps. Applying primer sealer undercoat, stain blocking, and rust treatments as required.

Need the hallway, lounge and kitchen area floor to be sanded and polished as there are some signs of wear and tear - scratches and discolouration

Looking to paint the top part of a bathroom wall, the bottom is tiled , the top is an old paint, total space is almost 9 meters x3 meters total. Paint provided, brush not provided. I need to get 2 internal doors installed. I have the new doors and all of the door furniture. The doors will need to be planed to width, approx 2.5mm off each side. Then fitted to the door openings. I will paint the doors myself. Preferred dates are 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, or 10th January.
