Has not been re done for 2 years, needs a good sand , then a deck oil applied on surfaces of all the wood in the photos. The pool is only quite small

I have two outdoor timber bench seats that need stripping/sanding back of old peeling paint and then re-painting in black to bring them back to life. The bench seat dimensions are 1800L x 540D x 910H for back rest x 440H for seat height. It requires the same paint you would paint the outside of your house timber posts with and possibly a primer first but not sure. Sanding equipment, drop sheets, paint brushes etc need to be supplied. Bathroom ceiling and small area of kitchen wall (see photos) need to be sanded flushed (paint ready) to prepare for painting.

End of lease. Need person to go get a door, replace and paint. Need person to have materials to fix a couple of chips out of the walls and paint a couple of door frames with scratches. Will pay for door and extra materials needed.

Note - Job must be done between 4th - 7th July, 2024: I need someone to patch up around a dozen small holes in my walls caused by hanging picture frames. The walls are mainly plasterboard and a few soft brick. The job includes filling, sanding, and potentially painting over the white walls for a smooth look.
