Small unit, kitchen & lounge to be painted, & ceilings

I’m looking for someone to paint these window frames from the outside, with or without including the gutter. The gutter is approximately 50 meters. Some cleaning and sanding might be needed. Care should be taken to avoid painting the wall. I already have the primer and paint. While I’m not a painter, I believe the job would require primer and two coats of paint. Both dry fairly quickly. You’re welcome to come and inspect the site beforehand. I don’t necessarily need a professional painter, just someone who knows how to do this type of work. The screens and entry door don’t need painting. There are eight windows in total, plus the balcony door. I could only post that many images. I can share more. Ignore the budget. Quote realistically.

Hi I need plasterboard installed on bathroom walls (circled in red) ready for tiling all the way up for two walls only and need it done by 24th August (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) in Altona Meadows. One wall that has the smaller square area below the towel rack won't be tiled. Prefer aquacheck plasterboard for wet areas. Price should include labour, materials, fees etc all inclusive. We're looking for a painter that will paint entire place inside and do big walls in in waiting room and corridors with Venetian plaster style feature walls. Place is approximately 20 squares. Will need all ceilings painted. Painter will paint after plasterer has fixed and patched through out the premises. If you can not do feature walls please don't offer as we need this as part of the job. I have attached photos of similar Venetian plaster style feature walls.
