Sanding 20 square meters of engineered floorboards, and apply a few coats of matt sealer. Also I need a new aluminium trim in some areas about a total of 10m to match the new floorboard colour.

I had to replace around x16 Engineered Floorboards due to a water leak. I tried to match the colour but it just isn’t the same and the difference is obvious. I need someone to sand the entire hallway and living room floorboards (1-2mm max) and stain, polish, etc, and try to match colour to remaining house. Entire space is approx. 33m2.
