Find an experienced local painter in Annandale NSW

I need someone that can sand and paint the top wood of this tv unit. Is longish but not wide. I’d like it to be white and need someone experienced and extremely careful to not paint or damage the rest of the unit and not splash white paint on the floor. Job to be completed in the next few weeks.

Prepare and stain wooden deck - 6 x 2 mtrs. Easy access, flat surface.

Ceiling plus the ceiling molding in the kitchen, dining and living room need cleaning. Some visible scuff marks and possible mould/dirt is present also. Professional painter to sand back and repaint sections you see of ceiling Will be renovated soon. So not whole ceiling. Plus other small sections you see on photos. Plus outside. I will have the paints.

I pulled out a built in wardrobe which left a couple of gaps in my ceiling cornice. Would like a plasterer to come and repair them and if possible, paint the ceiling.

Around skylightClean out this mould and sand back bumps water damage and repaint. I have paint. In bathroom remove mould. Use vinegar and this method.

Secure bathroom ceiling and paint

We have 2x varnished handrails approx 2m long, that we need sanded back, primed + 2x coates of paint. Handrails are able to be un-screwed and removed from site to be painted/returned. Painted in Dulux black caviar - Matt. And under primer.

4 thonet bentwood dining chairs to be lightly sanded (so paint will take) and resprayed a different colour. Budget unknown- will depend on quotes

Recently had floors sanded stained black and finished with Loba easy matte. The easy matte is creating scuff marks from basic walking and vacuuming, moving chairs etc. Want the easy matte buffed off without affecting the black stain and loba 2k applied or whatever you recommend. Approx 68sqm Plus 35 steps Need it completed any time from 3pm daily and needs to be done by Saturday

1 - Finish putting in the cladding. Everything is there, already cut. 2 - Sand the top bit 3 - Fill in the gaps (buy gap filler down the road, we will pay for cost) 4 - Give it one coat (might need to buy another tin of paint down the road, we will pay for the cost of course). Done
