Paint the outside of my sauna to Dulux Shale Grey. Just the raw timber on the external needs to be painted. Not the roof bitumen tiles. I will supply the paint. You supply the rollers, brushes, tapes, drop sheets, etc. Will most likely need 2 coats. Note, sauna can’t be moved so will need to be painted in its current location. Front and sides of sauna only. Wash, some light sanding and paint and coats on balcony . Small section is basalt grey ( balustrade + balcony pailings ) and rest one colour for wood. Ideally starting before 30’october . Recently had floors sanded stained black and finished with Loba easy matte. The easy matte is creating scuff marks from basic walking and vacuuming, moving chairs etc. Want the easy matte buffed off without affecting the black stain and loba 2k applied or whatever you recommend. Approx 68sqm Plus 35 steps Need it completed any time from 3pm daily and needs to be done by Saturday

I have 6 windows on ground floor that have been sealed shut after they were painted I need them unsealed so they can be opened and shut

1 - Finish putting in the cladding. Everything is there, already cut. 2 - Sand the top bit 3 - Fill in the gaps (buy gap filler down the road, we will pay for cost) 4 - Give it one coat (might need to buy another tin of paint down the road, we will pay for the cost of course). Done

Mould has appeared through freshly painted walls. Need a solution to remove the mould once and for all.

Front porch floor needs prepping and painting. I think it’s concrete. It’s old so has imperfections / a few weeds in the cracks / small hole at join against house wall etc. which will need addressing correctly prior to painting. Paint must be suitable for purpose i.e. external, lot of footfall. Prepping will be critical here - correct washing / sanding before and between coats (min 2 coats).

Sanding 20 square meters of engineered floorboards, and apply a few coats of matt sealer. Also I need a new aluminium trim in some areas about a total of 10m to match the new floorboard colour.

I had to replace around x16 Engineered Floorboards due to a water leak. I tried to match the colour but it just isn’t the same and the difference is obvious. I need someone to sand the entire hallway and living room floorboards (1-2mm max) and stain, polish, etc, and try to match colour to remaining house. Entire space is approx. 33m2. You would need to supply all the equipment and materials.

I need an entire wall painted as I had to do some patching due to a water leak. Wall is approx 15m long and 2.5m in height. I also need the skirting painted too.
