1. Clean off paint drops, splatter and smears from sealed timber floors using fine sandpaper. Wlpe clean with rubbing alcohol. 2. Paint has been deposited in vary degrees within 3 bedrooms, lounge/dine and a hallway. If the paint could be brought together it may fit into a 3m by 3m room. 3. Requires physical work on hand and knees for extended periods. Must be willing and able to use rubbing alcohol. 4. Undertake task inspection/overview and safety training/instruction at commencement of task. About 10 to 15 minutes at Owners expense. 5. Work start onsite at 7:00 am and finish at 5:30 pm. Half hour lunch break and quarter hour morning and afternoon rest breaks. 6. Lunch provided (take away or similar) as well as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, spoons etc. 7. Gloves, masks, knee pads and rags for cleaning provided. 8. Rubbing alcohol, sandpaper, sanding blocks and any necessary tools/materials provided. 9. Due to the materials to be used non-smokers preferred. No illicit drugs to be brought to site. 10. Tasks will required one tasker. Owner will provide assistance and support. 11. Task to commence Thursday, 7th July 2022 and finish on Friday 8th July 2022. Other dates can be considered. 12. Other hourly rates will be considered. - Due date: Flexible

In order to update and refresh our kitchen need our half of our kitchen cabinets painters by a skilled painter using low/zero voc paint. One half of the kitchen cabinetry is currently covered in vinyl and we want this painted over. Only the outside of the cabinets is required to be painted. We will pay for the paint.
