Side extension of house roughly 6m by 2m needs a face lift. Wood beside gutters to be sanded and painted, exterior panels to be painted. Outdoor bathroom also needs a facelift. Holes need to be filled, walls sanded back, and painted. The room has a tall ceiling. Paint provided. You will need own tools and ladder.

We need 2.5 rooms painted. One is a basement rumpus room, a small 2x2 room and another is a bathroom/laundry with brick walls. It needs a clean. We have paint spray gun, and the rollers. Not looking for perfection. Needs to be done today and tomorrow.

I need the underside of the roof to be spray painted in white. The roof has not been previously painted. I will need: 1. Clean and prep the surface 2. Protect the walls/windows/floors/rafters 3. Spray paint the underside of the roof 4. The black rafter/beam to be left not sprayed, or sprayed in black. The size of the area is approximate 6.5M long X 2M with a gentle slope. The height is approx 2.8M. The walls are white. Needs to be done asap. I also have a separate task for painting the inside - a couple of rooms and hallway.

I require paint to be removed from original sandstone foundations using sand blasting. Once the paint is removed the sandstone is required to be sand blasted to bring back to original condition. All material (paint, sand, debris) is to be swept up and removed off site. It is not to be hosed into storm water drainage. Protective dust cloths to be used to prevent sand getting on my back deck and plants.

To apply two coats of tinted concrete sealant (Dulux Avista) by cutting in and rolling. The area is around pool and patio, 70sqm in total. One side (where pool pump is) needs special attention as it only has a colorbond fence and behind it a drop to neighbor's driveway - can’t have any tint going to neighbour’s side. The concrete is very old - it will be washed and cracks filled prior so possibly the sealant could go on end of September or beginning of October sometime. Sealant will be provided. The quote request is only for labor (two coats). I don’t have a budget listed, would like to hear how much a job like this usually is first. Please see the yellow area on the floor plan for reference.

Looking for someone to paint a well and samara (from the ring movie) onto an existing painting. Not sure if it’s oil or acrylic. It needs to blend in and not look like an addition. This painting was a gift so professional artists with examples of work only please.
