Need just a basic Flyscreen for my apartment on 4th floor..I need 3 doors Flyscreen ..Living room and two other bedrooms..

I would like the walls, doors and living room ceiling to be painted. There's also a 4x4 room that needs a touch up. We will be adding pannels to one of the walls so that bit won't need preping. There isn't that much prep work. It was mostly done by the previous owner but they never painted it. The walls are a bit textured. They will be painted white. The pannels will be painted another colour. All the skirting will be changed. They are already primed, just need painting. If you have a nail gun and can add the pannels and skirting for us as well, let me know how much will be added to the price. We are planning on getting the paint from bunnings (mold resistance, washable, low oder) but if you have connections and can get it for a better price, let me know. So the offer is for prep and painting the walls and ceilings. Add-ons are adding the pannels (there are 5 120cm pannels) and skirting (about 1500cm length, chopped up and ready to install. Same length as walls). And paint. No need to remove previous skirting, we will be doing that ourselves. You must provide the nail gun(if you will be adding the pannels and skirting) and other material for preping the walls and clean up.

Dog has bitten along the skirting board and need someone to patch it with filler or something and paint it.

Cleaning and straining a deck (2 coats) of approximately 40m2 with a roof of 20m2

Side extension of house roughly 6m by 2m needs a face lift. Wood beside gutters to be sanded and painted, exterior panels to be painted. Outdoor bathroom also needs a facelift. Holes need to be filled, walls sanded back, and painted. The room has a tall ceiling. Paint provided. You will need own tools and ladder.

We need 2.5 rooms painted. One is a basement rumpus room, a small 2x2 room and another is a bathroom/laundry with brick walls. It needs a clean. We have paint spray gun, and the rollers. Not looking for perfection. Needs to be done today and tomorrow.

I need the underside of the roof to be spray painted in white. The roof has not been previously painted. I will need: 1. Clean and prep the surface 2. Protect the walls/windows/floors/rafters 3. Spray paint the underside of the roof 4. The black rafter/beam to be left not sprayed, or sprayed in black. The size of the area is approximate 6.5M long X 2M with a gentle slope. The height is approx 2.8M. The walls are white. Needs to be done asap. I also have a separate task for painting the inside - a couple of rooms and hallway.

I require paint to be removed from original sandstone foundations using sand blasting. Once the paint is removed the sandstone is required to be sand blasted to bring back to original condition. All material (paint, sand, debris) is to be swept up and removed off site. It is not to be hosed into storm water drainage. Protective dust cloths to be used to prevent sand getting on my back deck and plants.

To apply two coats of tinted concrete sealant (Dulux Avista) by cutting in and rolling. The area is around pool and patio, 70sqm in total. One side (where pool pump is) needs special attention as it only has a colorbond fence and behind it a drop to neighbor's driveway - can’t have any tint going to neighbour’s side. The concrete is very old - it will be washed and cracks filled prior so possibly the sealant could go on end of September or beginning of October sometime. Sealant will be provided. The quote request is only for labor (two coats). I don’t have a budget listed, would like to hear how much a job like this usually is first. Please see the yellow area on the floor plan for reference.
