I need my walls sanded to prep for painting, I have all equipment required. If possible there are also a few areas that require back filling. Flexible with dates but need it done ASAP make an offer

Paint two external front doors and two ceiling areas where mould is showing from historic water leak. One area is low bathroom ceiling approx 3x2m and one area is a section of the cathedral high ceiling in living area approx 5x1m - only propose to patch paint the one section running between the two rafters as per photos. I will supply paint, primer, mould stain sealer aerosol, brushes, extender roller on a pole, sandpaper, ladder, masking tape, larger sheet, etc.

Ive already painted the cornices. So just need ceiling painted now. I have all the equipment. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space. I did the ceilings in 2 other rooms and it took me an hour, so I imagine the remaining rooms would take no longer than 3 to 4 hours.

Paint under two patios eaves

Someone available today (Thursday) or Friday latest to apply fresh coat of paint to walls only. Room is approx 3x3 Teenage son has moved out and walls need a clean up. Must have own standard white wall paint equipment and drop sheets etc. Do not need ceilings done. I have cleaned walls and patched/sanded holes where hooks etc were.

Need these two holes repaired asap. Have the paint to match

3 bedroom townhouse. Unfortunately had someone painting the interior and they never finished the job. All the trims and doors need painting in a gloss. They have had one coat in the same paint as the walls so may only need one coat of gloss. There are 8 hinged doors and 3 sliding doors. There is a patch on the ceiling in the stairwell (see photos) that needs painting and one small room needs a second coat of paint as only one was done and the cutting in is still visible (photos). Unfortunately the original painter tried to tell me this was complete! After someone reliable and efficient. Dulux wash and wear paint. Thanks.

I have a 32 metre long decorative fence which includes a sliding gate, a double swing gate, a pedestrian gate and an arbour. The timber is spotted gum and treated with Sikens HLS paint. I need the timber to be mechanically sanded down then painted with Sikens HLS and then a topcoat of Sikens super seven plus. A high quality random orbital sander would be required with mouse head.

Reposting a job as the property is now vacant and ready to go. Seeking painter to paint the interior of three-bedroom townhouse white. The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two levels, two powder rooms, and a garage including garage floor - floor plan attached for reference. The job involves painting all walls, doors, windowsills, balustrades, and ceilings white, the full house and additionally paint the garage floor in grey. Please note that all internal light fixtures will be changed Tuesday 13th, which might impact the work and potentially make it easier? Additionally, I am changing all the internal door handles, which could simplify painting the doors, as they can be left handle-free during the painting or replaced afterward. If you're interested and available, please let me know when you could start as the property is good to go now. **Additional Note for Painter:** Please also include patch and repair work in your quote, as there are some small holes from artwork and a TV being mounted on the walls. Additionally, the main bedroom, which you can see in the photo, has already been painted white. This might simplify the job; however, there is masking tape left on the ceiling connections and around window frames. The tape is semi-stuck and may require sanding or peeling back, which could make this part of the job a bit tougher. Just a heads-up for full disclosure.

Front and back deck need to be cleaned and oiled. Front fence and deck handrail may need doing.
