This is a new unprimed, four paned window . The nail holes and gaps need filling before painting. I have the paint but not the brushes.

We have a very high ceiling over a staircase down into a hall, with wood panelling over the staircase, and plain walls in the hall. We also have a room to be painted. The staircase needs the ceiling and walls painted, and the hall and room need the unpainted dark wood skirting boards primed and painted white, and the walls painted. we will supply paint. The important thing to know is that there is brand new carpet in all these areas and I wasn't able to finish before they were laid, and I need very careful execution/prep so as not to stain the new carpets. I have no idea of budget as I usually paint myself so I had to just put in something.

Reneder a small wall. Smooth finish.

Install 90mm paper cornice to kitchen walls and cupboard pelmets, entry wall. Approximately 20 metres. All the cornice and cornice cement supplied. Please be qualified and do a neat job. I am not looking for the cheapest price but a good job.

Help prepare and paint garage floor.

I need a deck sealed and another deck patch painted. I’ve already got someone to high pressure clean the deck this week. I have the oil and paint and just need someone to do the job. Table is heavy so leave where it is but ensure no oil contacts it. Hourly or flat rate for your time is ok - please advise your rates.
