Clean Floors - from dust and paint splashes, plus grout haze. There are some scattered white paint drips around the walls, many of which will likely need scrubbing with a scourer to lift off (it is standard water-based emulsion). The bathroom is a standard bathroom clean, again with some paint drips. If you’re a backpacker in Avalon/etc, we can pick you up/drop you off at 7-10am. The ceiling of our small house is peeling. We have painters coming in Friday 3 February but need ceiling prepped for that. This task includes scraping all loose paint, patching, sanding, and sealing so painters can come in and paint the entire ceiling. My en suite is very small, about 3 sq m and slate on all walls to then leave small sections of wall above. The area is raked ceiling so high in one spot but a normal ladder would work.
