Paint a feature wall 5.2 m x 2.6 m. I will provide paint. Colour Pale grey and two coats.

We need to paint a home office. Room is 4.7 x 3.6 however there’s 2 large widows in the room and only approx 60-70% of the wall space is paintable. The windows are aluminium frames FYI Task Prep and paint all visible walls and skirting boards and door frame. Remove and patch existing hooks. Remove and reinstall 3 blinds in 2 windows. 2 coats of paint (We can provide ( Natural white) Clean up etc

After the kitchen and laundry renovation some walls need painting, and the new bulkhead and cornice

*** Tasker to bring a spray gun for this job - not interested in brush painting*** Spray paint fence (7m long, 2m high). One side of fence required - fence has been sanded + cleaned, no prep work required. Spray paint 3 x lattice (2.4m long, .900 high). Only required to paint one side of the lattice Request for two coats on fence and each lattice. Also to be very mindful and careful with the magnolias in the garden as they have just been planted. Paint will be supplied (using Dulux weather-shield). Drop sheets and plastic covers for plants also supplied.

Carpet will be removed and require floor to be sanded and clear coated throughout 2 bedroom unit on ground floor, easy access. 100sq metres

We would like a professional to sand and oil our deck please it’s approx 20 sqm

We need someone to come and remove ceiling mould. Must have own cleaning business and be familiar with mould removal jobs. Including bringing your own spray bottle and dust sheets as it requires bleaching.

Paint 5 internal doors Paint skirting board to living room & hallway

The gutters/fascia boards need painting (hopefully one coat wil suffice) on my 2-story detached home. Easy access from front and rear balconies. Paintwork recently softwashed and in reasonable condition. Total length of gutters appox 45 metres. I would supply paint.

Need 0.3m x0.2m ceiling hole and small 2nd hole patching and painting. Need all materials to be provided including paint.

I am looking to have our 2 bedroom apartment painted before our move in date of Feb 1. Very last minute as we just had a painter cancel on us. Images attached with floorplan. Painting is required of the living, both bedrooms, hallway, small parts of the kitchen. Unit will have no furniture (images are staged) but drop cloths will be required over the flooring.
