The cottage is not in great shape. So, ahead of estate agent photos for selling we need the ceilings and some interior walls painted and some exterior handyman repairs and painting. The cottage is 2 bed one bath with combined living kitchen dining plus tiny sun room and verandah.

I have a large ceiling area that I paid to get painted but it looks terrible. Had them come back but still looks terrible. Am getting carpet in a couple of weeks and would like to get it repainted. I have the paint, please note it's already had 3 coats of top coat but was not undercoated which I think is the problem. It's too big a job for me to do.

My painter appears to have fallen through. I need the kitchen ceiling, cornice and wall painted before the kitchen install on Thursday. Can’t be tomorrow as builders and plasterers will be working in the kitchen on another wall. I’m going to start on my own but if anyone can help, that would be great. This is mostly painting of smallish areas which have been newly plastered. There are three bits on the ceiling which need to be done, two small and the largest foggy 1m x 1.7m. I will supply the paint.

Prepare and paint outside weather boards about 10sq m. Paint 4 X fluorescent light fittings - spray small areas of ceiling and paint indoor steel beams and rust prime and spot paint outdoor beams Paint, masks and sheets provided.

I have one dent; a few wall scratches and pain marks to be repaired.

Sand and Paint a couple of holes Must be able to provide receipt with abn for end of lease

X1 crack appearing on plastic from previous patch job/wallpaper painted over. X1 from a door knob behind door. And x3 areas on a wall from special needs child hitting the wall. Reinforcing may be needed unsure. Plan to put a gym mat to pad the wall and prevent further damage once fixed. I have a spare sheet of plaster board if required and photos of holes requiring patching. Prefer to supply materials to mend as I do not know how much filler and tape needed. Painting not required. Need job done in the next month. Mondays not available. Any other day time is ok.

Just a tiny hole in the wall , I wouldn't say it's a hole looks like I've just pierced it . I've got paint still left over from the builders. It's a tiny job probley would only take 30 minutes if that.

If you're coming to beautiful Blackwood, I'll be grateful if you could put a coat of paint on my wall. The house is old I don't need a whizz bang job just a casual refresh.
