I am considering getting a 4-bedroom standard single story house painted—walls & ceiling, skirting, windows and door frame.

Need painting for weatherboard house, granny flat and outdoor shed. House is a bit dusty so will need a bit of hose down. House is old so need sanding, prepping and pulling out some nails and fixing some wooden pieces to make them stay in place before painting. Roof needs to be painted on granny flat as well.

Mantel is a teak finish at the moment. Need it stripped back from the brown wood as it looks now and painted 2pac off white in a semi gloss or satin. This can be discussed.
