Need the gaps between the bottom of the skirting and polished concrete floor neatly sealed in a white, waterproof, mould resistant sealer like Selley’s no more gaps wet area. 2 rooms are 5mx4m approx with two 2m openings. New skirting, one room has been filled but slightly depressed when dried and needs to be done by someone who knows what they’re doing so it’s all uniform anyway. Gaps are about 5mm give or take around both rooms.
