Accidentally put a hole in the wall at our rental, a photo frame slid down the stairs and went straight through the plasterboard. The shape is a bit like an upsidedown L, approx. 75mm x 25mm, with some slight superficial damage above (approx. 20mm). We also need the area painted to match the rest of the wall. I've been told the wall colour is a pretty standard and easy to match type.

Hi Painters, I need the internal area of our 3 bedroom house painted. This will include walls and ceilings + I will also need 10 doors and architraves around those doors painted throughout the house. + There are also the architraves around the windows in the floor plan that will need painting. The walls/ceilings are in good condition but may need some minor patching/preparation etc from you. Note: We will do the skirting boards around the carpet/floorboards as they will be installed after the floor goes down We will wash down the walls for you with sugar soap or give them a light sand etc so you can get to work on painting asap. The property is vacant FYI so drop sheets etc won't be necessary except for the kitchen/bathroom. We will supply the paint. (otherwise happy for you to do this and we will pay for it). The floor plan is attached. Every room will need painting besides the garage and outdoor areas- both walls and ceilings/cornices, etc in each room to be painted. Any questions let me know.
