We have put a roof over our back deck and need a handyman/carpenter to help us with the floorboards. The nails are slightly raised and need to be punched in. We need to sand and then stain deck (2 coats) - 28 sqm

I am looking for someone to sand and paint the weather boards on one half of the front of my house. I have the paint and it has been thoroughly washed. I will paint the window. At it's highest point it is approximately 5metres. It is easy to access and flat ground below

Patch holes approx 10cm x 6cm each and sand to smooth finish to match surrounding wall.

Plastering of walls in photos 1xroom (1800x2350x2500mmH) and 1 x wall (2350x250mmH). Need to also add cornices in bathroom and skirting and cornice in bedroom. Not sure how much this would cost so have put a guess. Our budget includes labor and materials to be provided by tasker.

Sand 15m of outdoor timber bench seat & pool filter box with orbital sander & apply 2 coats of Feast Watson marine varnish (or similar). Varnish supplied. You would need your own sander.

Paint .5 square meters of wall and 10 ceiling air conditioning vents. If that goes well, maybe 2 sides of a house. Separate jobs though and only really need the first one done now.

Spiky nail polish remover on mat black table and pain lifted. There are no dints. Wanting the paint job fixed up. Not sure if you would need to sand back and repaint whole top of table. The top removes from the legs.

Procure all materials required to put up the gutters and plumb into existing downpipes Install and refall colorbond low front quad 150 gutters. Existing downpipes to remain. Approx 50 linear meters of guttering. Refer photos. You can price to sand and paint separately if you’d like. Include an optional price to install gutter guard on 3 sides (not the front) One side of the house is tight at approx. 500mm between side rock at tightest point. Looking for tax invoice and warranty. The floorboards have now been supported by timber underneath. The repair of the floorboards is not the job. The job is - removing any old bog/filler that has popped out or shrunk - prepping the gaps - filling the gaps with a colour matched, non shrinking filler - finishing/sanding? As required The boards are the typical hoop pine with an oil based coating. So they are that very typical honey yellow/brown Queensland floorboard colour. Has to be done today or tomorrow, Monday, any time of day. Please let me know your experience doing this kind of work. Job is in Forrester Tce, Bardon. If I have some responses I'll aim to assign the job asap within a few hours (by 2pm Sunday). Should hopefully be a pretty quick job for someone that knows what they are doing.

Set and sand plaster small laundry ceiling , bath room and study ceiling patch work, and hallway door frame, and sky light needed. All holes will be filled in with plaster board cut outs and gal corners will be installed on hallway frame.
