Hi I’m chasing someone to paint and hang a bathroom door at my house. I’ll supply the door, paint / brushes, but you’ll need to bring the tools needed to hang the door I’m flexible on when it can be done & obviously it would need to be across two days to allow for the paint to dry once painted

Allow for 1 hour for walls. In addition patch 3 holes on ceiling where light fittings have been removed and paint over to match ceiling paint (white). Allow 1 hour for ceilings. Probably require attendance on two seperate occasions. 1st to determine colour and do patching. Then return to touch up paint.

It’s an old house with a LOT of “character” so does not need to be some state of the art job. I just want a ceiling put in to cover up the unsightliness of the current situation. I don’t want anything plastics, something more or less in keeping with the era of the house or even something rustic and unusual, not wanting to spend big bucks. If you’re able to re use, recycle and or reduce the materials needed for the job then even better. I’m open to any ideas but failing that will settle for bog standard plain, conventional. I need my porch ceiling lined. It’s an old character home so not something modern looking, needs to suit the house. Am not wanting to spend big money on it, it’s just to freshen up the look as it’s unsightly at present. If you can think outside the box is a massive bonus. Does not need to be conventional, if can come up with an idea that’s a bit rustic even better.

Four wall repairs where split AC and remote have been removed. Will need you to supply material. No need to paint.

This includes preparing the surface, fixing minor cracks (as seen in pictures) and painting the wall, ceiling, pipes, pillar, front door & spray paint the gutters in front and behind house. Small 3.3 X3.2 bedroom to be painted. All walls need to prepared, patches repaired, primer applied, and two coats of Dulux paint (sage green colour). Ceiling also to be prepared and painted (you need to lower/remove the fan fixture as it is going to be replaced) (half-strength-sage green). There's an alcove with wardrobe not to be painted, however the ceiling and walls will need to be (will discuss in person). Two doors - one to the bedroom, and one ensuite, along with the architraves need to be prepared, sanded down and painted (natural-white color). I have a bedroom and WIR needing a refresh/re paint. Bedroom is 4x3 and the WIR is 1.8x 2.8 (the walk in robe has wardrobes in it- the only part that needs a paint is the area on top of the robes and a little strip to the side). Feature wall is dark green. The rest is beige. Ceiling is white. There is some coving that needs fixing where we painted outside the lines. Paint supplied. Ideally this week (any day but Friday).
