I’m moving out of a rental and there was a wall sticker when I moved in that we peeled off. The realestate has asked for the wall to be sanded down and re painted from damage. Just the 1 wall needs fixing up

Property needs some maintenance with the following: - Ceiling in bathroom has a hole above the shower and the paint is peeling. - Damaged front door frame needs to be fixed - There is a square section of ceiling in the back living room missing I'd like patched up No painting required, just fixing so it can be painted at later date. Gyprock and prep some spots in ceiling for paint: - 2 holes from old fluro boxes - approx 5 downlight holes The downlight holes just need base coat, tape and top coat. The fluro holes also need gyprock as well as base coat, tape and top coat. Timber and gyprock on-site. You supply base coat, tape and top coat. Painting exterior small dutch gable on roof (re-paint), re-paint eaves and re-varnish front door

There is a crack in my spare bedroom that goes from floor to ceiling (from house settling), on the inside only, which needs to be filled up and painted over. I have the paint, not the filler. Looking for somebody who can do the job quickly and affordably.

Looking for quotes to completely paint a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 study house in Bedford. Need walls, ceilings and skirting boards painted. There's also 16 internal doors with frames.
