We’re moving out and need to remove maybe a dozen drywall plugs, patch and paint over, also would be nice to touch up some scuffs (standard white eggshell paint)

We’re looking to have the walls in a small area measuring roughly 180x55cm touched up (any holes files) then painted in Lexicon white. The ceiling will also need to be painted ceiling white. The fourth wall is open (no door or wall to be painted) as this is an enclave. The plasterboard will be in place in both the wall and ceiling before starting the job (See attached picture). Will need this complete before 23rd November.

My neighbour and I each want to repaint our apartments. Due to the close proximity to the ocean we get a lot of mould. Would like the entire apartment repainted with anti-mould paint (walls, ceilings and trims). My apartment: 2 bedroom and living space Neighbour’s apartment: 1 bedroom and living space (Kitchens, bathrooms and laundry are fully tiled, but ceilings needs to be also repainted with anti-mould paint). Before painting please can you please also ensure the walls and ceilings are appropriately cleaned from any mould (we have tried to clean it already but more may be needed) so the surfaces are correctly prepared for repainting…. please advise what information you need to make a quote. I can source and supply the paint or happy for you to do so, please make that explicit in your quote, as long as we are sure to use the correct anti-mould paints/primers/etc.

Patch paint and repair of skirting boards. Also a small section of mould from the ceilings needs to be sanded back and repainted. The skirting boards were due to our new puppy last year. The ceiling and minor mould is from a leak we had which is now fixed.

We have a small painted Deck that over time has gotten quite dirty / stained from the weather etc. We will need this power/pressure washed on a setting that will not strip the paint. A quick job, 15 ft x 7 ft is size of patio.
