Bedroom to be painted is 3.5 x 4.5m. 1 wall is almost all external sliding door, another wall is all wardrobes as per photos of 4 walls. Ceiling also to be painted. room is empty so very accessible. Painted all in White. Wardrobe doors do not need painting. Colourbond fence to be painted black and is 1.8m high and 54m length in total. Assist owner with sanding and painting outside deck. This will be done with floor sander. Owner will be overseeing and working on this. Paying $35 per hour cash in hand. Looking at approx 7 hours over the two days - with an hour break at lunch. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 31st Oct 2021

Paint 3 standard size bedrooms, we will supply the paint. We only want the walls painted but do have a pitched roofs so some walls are quite high. See photos. Ideally we want someone who is a painter by trade to do this. Should only be a day or 2 work for a skilled painter. We don’t need cupboard doors or inside cupboards painted but do want both sides of the doors and all skirting and walls painted. All furniture will be removed prior to start. Date negotiable but would like this task completed by end of May. Would like the job completed on a Monday / Tuesday if possible as we will be getting carpet laid immediately after.
