All deck to be repainted with deck exterior Timbercolour acrylic paint - Cabot's Timbercolour Deck & Exterior Paint (Attached are some earlier pictures to get an idea) Expectations: Need to provide paint (can discuss colour/paint first) and own tools. Need to clean up after, no mess left. Need to be proper painter and insured. Need tax invoice for job after. Welcome to ask to arrange inspect first for quote (if inspection needed, best be tomorrow Fri 14th May - during morning).

Painting of entire exterior of house. House has already started painting - running out of time due to busy work schedule. Yellow walls on photos need painting - two coats. White walls on photos need one coat. All brown timber works, gutters, fascia boards, window frames and back door need to be painted one coat of brown colour. Rendering required for the outside of our home. The side patio (both sides) is the most severe works needed area, it is roughly 9 metres (total) x 50cms, and roughly 3-4 other small areas that have begun to crack that require minor render patch works. Pls see attached photos. For one of the minor patch areas a tall ladder is required to reach the area - 5/6 metres high. I am aware the price will be higher, so please quote accordingly.

I recently removed an old mirror from one side of my bathroom door, which revealed the surface under it wasn’t painted. Following needs to be done: -Remove foam adhesive from door -Fill in the screw holes -Sand everything down -Paint the door so it’s all white - Due date: Before Monday, 11 March 2024

There is a scratch that goes from an area with white paint to an area with black plastic. Priority is the white painted bit. Prefer to have work done on Monday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. I can come to you if this is what you prefer -- note that the scratch is low down on the car, so it may involve having to lie down to best access the area.
