3 Storey Apartment Block Requires Internal Courtyard Walls and Window Cleaned and Water blasted and Waterblast Courtyard when done, includes minor touch up painting with a spray can to discoloured colour bond areas in courtyard. All equipment is provided , scissor lift to 11.68m working height and water blaster hoses, cleaning detergent and spray cans. (no primer just spot spray) Must have certificate for working at heights. This is 1 days work. Do not apply or ask questions if you are not certified or do not have your own insurance for working at heights.

There is a wall which looks wavy and has to be straight by patching, also corniness need patching as well and there is a wall which edge need to be patch Also one part in ceiling as well

hole has been put in wall by contractors. needs patching approx 200mm x 100mm Unfortunately I don't have any wall paint left, but I do know it is a Taubmans paint called Grey Ghost (https://www.taubmans.com.au/paint-colours/colour-families/whites-and-neutrals/grey-ghost) and we had it made in a Dulux Wash and Wear paint. - Thursday 7th December or Monday 11th December -(afternoon only)

Painting of skirting boards in living area after installation of engineered timber floor. Area of new timbers was 50 square metres. Skirting boards total about 30 metres in length and are 70mm high. The originals are being put back and are painted (gloss). - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023

The wall had a hole in it so I repaired it myself and now it's like that. Anyone please help me to fix it looks smoother. I alrdy have the paint color and sanding block. My budget is flex. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 November 2023
