TV room’s ceiling, empty unit at Blackburn station have parking.

Ceiling in small bedroom (carpeted) had mould. Have cleaned up as much mould as possible, now needs to be painted as it’s stained. Furniture already removed, house empty. Also the back door frame, has large amount of paint coming off, needs to be sanded and painted on one side. Painter to supply paint and ensure completely cleaned up afterwards.
