Hello needing my kitchen to be painted to White all cupboards and benchtop pretty much anything what is pink including tiles

Repairs are underway this week and once complete the entire deck needs sanding. Only about 8 sqm need the fixings flattened. Seeking quotes (my budget - see next page is a silly question prior to obtaining quotes).

Put a fence up on one side of a house and a few odd jobs around the house ie paint window sills and rubbish removal.

Prime and paint a new interior door and opening

1 bookcase about 15/20 years old, probably pine, in the style of the era, with cornice, that was painted/sealed with a polyurethane (?) paint. Measurements: W-91cm, H-195cm, D-35cm roughly. 2nd bookcase (?40 years old) is probably hardwood, treated in the same way. Measurements: W-120, H-135, D-45 roughly. I'd like to have them painted to match the walls - which are what I'd call 'cream'

Mould remediation. Mould removal Mould is in the ceiling of the ground floor. Water leak which has been sorted left behind a lot of mould. Looking for someone to come treat it, White vinegar has been used but isn't cutting it
