I'm looking for a quote and sense of availability for a sand and polish of hardwood timber floors in an apartment in 4000 postcode, approximately 58m2. Most of the timber is already in fairly schmick condition, but we're looking to get consistency between the nicer areas and some areas which look a bit rougher as we've exposed them from under porcelain tiles. There is also some colour differentiation in areas that were under non-load bearing walls that have now been removed. There will be some furniture in the apartment that we won't be able to remove. So I imagine it will have to be done in two stages, but I'm not an expert!

If you have a 5 litre tin of sealer it would be good as well to prepare three feature walls to paint. It is a days work. There is a painters ladder here . You will bring own plater or filler to gap fill and then sand back so ready for paint .
