Need small 1br 1 bath apartment with sunroom painted. Needs some small bit of plastering in a couple of places on the walls. Would need to bring all your own paints and materials. Looking to get it painted white.

Unit will be empty. Paint entire unit. Ceiling will be new gyprock. (Excluding deck) see Floor plan.

We are looking for a painter to re-paint (2 coats) the walls of our indoor/ outdoor gym. We require paint (light cream/ white) and equipment to be supplied. Room is approx 20sqm and only needs to be re-painted on the 4 walls, where you can see (in the images) paint already exists. Need a carpenter or handyperson skilled in woodworking to sand/re-stain/re-finish two small backyard decks, and an attached planter. They are still in good structural condition but are 15 years old and need cleaning, sanding and re-finishing. Also a few repairs to two exterior wooden gates, same age.

Remove black mould from interior brick walls of studio

We have a hole in our brick/plastered wall which we need filled and re plastered and painted. It’s approx 300mm by 300mm. We have the paint to match the existing wall.

We have moved into a new home a few months ago. The front fence is clearly rotting in places. We believe the previous owners had it treated for white ants but we are not sure if the problem was fully resolved. We don’t want a full house inspection; just someone to look at the fence in a relatively quick job.

2 areas of paint have come off the wall when removing pictures at the end of lease. Assistance needed covering them up please. We have the paint available.

Prepare, clean and paint one room: walls and ceiling white, 2 coats. One wall is covered by a large wardrobe, so painting will occur only above the picture rail. Room size 3.5 x 4.2 metres. Prefer traditional painting, not spray on. I will provide the paint.
