Seeking quotes to paint a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with dulux white on white or equivalent. Apartment is 80m2. Ceilings are 10ft. Apartment is empty. Painting is all inclusive (walls, ceilings, doors, window frames, skirtings, architraves, scotia etc) with existing coats to be removed / sanded back. Lounge room and hallway ceilings have classic detail. Other ceilings and surfaces are normal / flat. Most surfaces are in good condition and do not require reparation / preparation. Lounge room ceiling, sunroom wall and kitchen wall require some modest work to sand out imperfections etc. Work is 100% inside. I've been able to remove the mould on the lower parts of the wall myself with diluted vinegar and microfibre cloths, but can't get to the spots on the ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Bathroom window is small, and half behind a glass shower screen. Paint is peeling off already. I will remove handles as well. It needs to be sanded right back and painted correctly with anti mould paint. Last painter as you can see in the photos didn’t sand it back but just slabbed paint on top of paint. Looks shit. I want a professional painter to do this job. There are small parts in the sash windows where you can’t use the electric sander and needs to be done by hand, not just ignored. I will inspect the sanding and patching before you start painting. Window doesn’t open up as it was painted shut years ago. I would like to see if you can release it also to open up as well. I assume this will be half a day job. Just let me know. Thanks I will supply the paint as well.

Wall is 2.0 x 2.8 m. Been recently painted but water damage from adjacent bathroom. That infiltration seems to have been fixed, so need to repaint. Ceiling of another bathroom. 2.1 x 2.1 m. Some mould marks. Paint with anti-mould paint. Pls include supply of paint for both areas.

We had a leak in our hall ceiling. The roof outside has been repaired and the outside part of a new Skytube installed. Scope of work: Need the ceiling gyprocked/replaced inside (approx 1m x 7m if whole area done), plastered and painted. Hole cut for Skytube inside (marked on existing ceiling) and hole for light cord. Small ceiling in guest bathroom to be re placed. Remove old partial wet damaged Gyprok. Install new section , top coat joint. Sand and prepare for painting. Furring channel in place to be used as The area is 900 X 1200 No painting required this by others.
