We have a section of roof and wall in a rumpus room to be set. We also need the ceiling patched and reset in the lounge room where two walls have been removed.

I am looking for someone to clad/tile an interior bedroom wall. Recycled brick tiles will be purchased in 1m square sheets. The wall is approximately 3.5m long by 2.3m high.

Tall, steep home needing painting. Paint Gables, Dormas, Parapets, Chimney, Window frames, Walls and entire exterior of house above the gutter. Paint Back wall near water tank too, all the way to the ground. Boom lift will be required as around 10 or 12 metres high at the highest points and roof not to be stepped on in order to protect the tiles. Not much painting as the majority of the upper section is actually roof. Once upper section done, another job to do the below gutter section. Although currently off white, we will probably change the colour to a crisper white and the blue bits to black. There are 7 Dormas at the back of the house (the windows with triangular frame). Note the scaffolding in some of the pictures has been removed. - Due date: Flexible

Concreter for Gables and Parapets + Painting Tall, steep home needing concrete repairs and painting on Gables and Parapets above the gutter line. Scaffolding will be required. Around 10 or 12 metres high at the highest points. The blue trims on the curved ridges have cracks that need grinding and refilling with concrete and the repainting. Some of the side walls also require grinding and painting. Prior to the painting, the mortar on the blue curved trims and some of the adjoining walls need grinding and filling with concrete and re-rendering (bagging style). Our previous concreter and painter was able to paint the ridges fast (an hour or so) but doesn’t have scaffolding for the very tall sections. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to do painting. Must be experienced and extremely clean when painting and be able to understand and avoid paint mistakes such as painting water based paint over oil based paint without the relevant prep (we don’t want to be able to scratch paint off with our fingernails).
