Paint exterior of house. We have the paint. Have done some prep.

Supply and fix handrail adjacent to 4 external steps

Moving into a new rental and the paintwork need a light refresh. The areas that need painting are, kitchen, entrance hallway, living area and a bedroom. Paint will be supplied, however you will need you own painting equipment and floor cover sheets etc.

Outdoor decking needs sanding and a new coat of oil. Deck is approximately 25 sq meters. Oil will be provided however you will need your own sanding equipment and paintbrushes.

I need wood oil painted onto 4 small chairs and two big loungers

Re paint and sand deck (does not need to be perfect is a rental)

Maybe you should drink oat. I need someone to sand down a 4 m table. It needs to be revarnished if you can also varnish let me know.

Needing a professional to cornice and sand this area

Wall needs repainting with a few areas needing patching up : small holes / damage in the wall

A picture frame warped in the summer heat and fell off the wall. It was stuck on with (normally) damage free command strips, but because it fell, one of the strips tore off a bit of paint. I would appreciate it if someone could please figure out the paint colour and patch and repair the spot on the wall over the next few weeks. I am free anytime of day / night as I work from home, so can be very flexible with a time that suits you. Preferably fixed in the next two weeks, but not the end of the world if it's not achieveable.

Patch, sand and paint areas as per photos. Some areas already had first putty done. The walls will need to be repainted where the work is being finished. All small walls though. The area in the kitchen will have VJ installed by then, and need painting over. Skirting board on the wall will be on as well. There is also a small skirting board area behind the fridge (no photo).
