A picture frame warped in the summer heat and fell off the wall. It was stuck on with (normally) damage free command strips, but because it fell, one of the strips tore off a bit of paint. I would appreciate it if someone could please figure out the paint colour and patch and repair the spot on the wall over the next few weeks. I am free anytime of day / night as I work from home, so can be very flexible with a time that suits you. Preferably fixed in the next two weeks, but not the end of the world if it's not achieveable.

Patch, sand and paint areas as per photos. Some areas already had first putty done. The walls will need to be repainted where the work is being finished. All small walls though. The area in the kitchen will have VJ installed by then, and need painting over. Skirting board on the wall will be on as well. There is also a small skirting board area behind the fridge (no photo).
