Previous painter left the front door unsealed and now the timber door is exposed to potential weather/uv damage. Prefer to sand and change to a lighter colour door instead of just applying a top coat.

We have a 60sqm office that we need to get painted before the 27th -fully completed by 26th November. It’s currently empty and we can let you in almost any day…so any day between now and next Sunday would be great (except tomorrow-Mon 20th). (Time has not been our friend! There may be some minor spots that need addressing. And we are still working to try and get everything sanded, cleaned and primed so all you need to do is paint… We have bought the paint (although may need more)… and have many, if not all tools that you will need. We have one door frame and door that needs painting- but have not fully prepared the frame and door for painting. Will provide the paint for both door and frame.
