It's been about a year since we cleaned the black off our paths and walls. It desperately needs doing again and I'm too busy to do it myself. :( There is one main path where we park our car that needs doing, as well as two walls (pool wall and entrance wall), and the front entrance tiles, which is only a small area. I imagine it would take one person about 3 or 4 hours to do it properly. I'm happy to amend my $$ offer for the right person who will do a great job.
