One of our bedrooms has mould spots on the ceiling, and there are some spots starting in our bathroom as well. I am looking for a person who knows and understands what antimould products are available to come, have a look and give me a quote that includes labour and materials. NB - ignore the date I posted and just let me know when you might be available to do the job.

I require removal of 0.5sqm of plasterboard removed from a kitchen ceiling and then that hole replaced with new plasterboard and patched up and the patched area to be painted over. Two spare bedrooms, basically 3 walls in each (not ceilings or doors); paint trim, paint door surrounds and window ledges. Sand and fill where necessary includes floor edging and sills. Some minor picture holes to fill. Each room has large windows and built ins. No furniture in either room and floors are cement. Room 4m x 4m. Cupboards down one wall. Large window on other. Paint ceiling, Window surrounds, door surround, any edging around floor. Wall with small window - to be painted in a different colour (feature wall). Ceiling needs a little sanding. Walls require very little patching. We will supply paint.
