There are a few tasks that need doing, if you could please provide individual pricing per job listed below would be much appreciated. - Walls throughout apartment needing to be repainted. - Wooden floorboards need to be re-coated. (They have been sanded and given a single coating. We are wanting to stain and varnish the floorboards as you can see in the pictures they are quite badly marked.) - Skirting boards throughout apartment have been removed. New skirting board needs painting to match walls and installed. Due to our limited budget we may only be able to afford doing 1 job at a time so would appreciate if you could please let me know how much each individual job would cost.

Hello, I’m looking for someone who can stain a new timber pailing fence and paint a brick wall (double coat). The brick wall is approx. 4x2m. The fence is approximately 20m long, standard height and 1m height at front.

Need a handyman to oil my back deck.

We have four sections of Merbau decking of various sizes and conditions. Rear deck (17 M2) Roof-top (12 M2), Front deck (2.5 M2) and Dining room deck (2.2 M2). The current deck conditions vary from good to poor. We don’t think that any boards will require replacement. We seek a quotation for the job.

I purchased some paint to paint a feature wall, it’s not big (4x2m). I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but clearly I cannot paint, I’m 2 coats in and the paint is really patchy. The wall is primed and ready, I just need someone with more experience to finish it off properly. I have the paint, the edging is covered and ready to go. Must be done tomorrow. The colour is also very different from the samples etc, but that part I might have to live with!

Hi have a hallway, one wall in powder room and entry way that just needs a top coat of paint to refresh / remove scuffs and damage. Doors do not need painting. I will provide paint, need painter to provide equipment / tools. Ceiling height 2m, hallway 2.8m. There is some plaster repair that is done, but needs sanding in the powder room. Can do during day min, Tues, Wed or Fri this week.
