I’m changing the shade of white from Lexicon to White Polar Quarter. I’ve already purchased 4L of dulux paint. You’ll need to bring your own tools. Can purchase more paint if required. I need a cleaner to dust and wash internal walls, window frames, skirting, any areas that needs to be painted. Starting with dusting, vacuum and light wall wash to get ready for painting. Paid on a day basis, estimated time 8 hours.

We own a rabbit that has done a bit of damage to the corners of some walls in our appt. He's chewed through the paint and plaster and I just need someone to come in and do some repair work. We have the paint so won't need that supplied, it's more the plaster that needs repairing.

Hi, my one bedroom apartment is in need of a touch up and a new coat of paint. It hasn’t been painted since I purchased it four years ago so it’s looking tired and in need of repair in a few places (small holes or chipping paint). The apartment is currently unfurnished. I am looking to get the walls and ceiling done. The apartment has four ‘rooms’: - kitchen - ceiling only (cupboards are excluded from scope) - living room - walls and ceiling (windows are excluded from scope) - bedroom - walls and ceiling (windows are aluminium so excluded) - bathroom - ceiling only (the rest is tiled) There are no doors between bedroom/bathroom and bedroom/kitchen/living room. Dulux colours: - vivid white for ceiling - natural white for walls No paint purchased but happy to reimburse cost.

Floor 3700mm x 660mm has had one coat of Cabot’s CFP Floor. 940mmx160mm section untreated. Fill 2 gaps in skirting board. - Due date: Flexible

New concrete stained by timber deck leaching before the deck was sealed. Soft acid wash and maybe pressure wash to finish to get rid of staining please. About 10m square stained under the deck. Also scrape off on or two patches of glue while cleaning. Clear access under deck (it is around 3m above). I am flexible as to time, just not Thursday please as I cannot meet you there that day. - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024
