The Deck is approximately 30m2. 

 The task includes the following: 
-To lightly sand the deck if necessary (some areas of the deck have had sun exposure and need to be lightly sanded, but most of the deck is fine because it's undercover and has had furniture providing shade/ cover as well). 
-To prep the deck using a deck cleaner solution. -Apply 2 coats of decking oil eg Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil. 
 -secure / reattach two railings that have come loose. 
-The top of the cedar railings also need to be sanded and patched and the have two coats of cedar stain paint applied

. The price offered assumes the following is included:
 -Supply of deck oil 
 -Supply of cedar stain 
 -Sanding machinery/equipment.
 
-You have your own insurance

We need some painting down in a staged approach (as furniture will need to be moved). There will also need to be a small amount of plastering due to windows being removed. Doesn’t need to be a professional but someone who has painted before or a. Apprentice would be fabulous!

The walls of my Tiny House (4 little rooms, about 60 sqm altogether) are deeply grey and I would love them to become white. The height of the walls differs from about 2m to about 3,80 I think. I don‘t have colour yet and would prefer high-quality natural colour if you can recommend one. Of course I will happily pay the price for it. The rooms are only little furbished.

My garage is in need of repaint. I am unable due to back issues

I need someone to supply, cut, paint and install quarter-round trim on the floor next to the skirting boards. They need to be installed in two rooms: the first requires approximately 13 meters of quarter rounds installed; the second room requires approximately 15 meters. They need to be painted but we can supply the (white) paint. The photos below show the current skirting boards without and with the quarter rounds.
