 The task includes the following: 
-To lightly sand the deck if necessary (some areas of the deck have had sun exposure and need to be lightly sanded, but most of the deck is fine because it's undercover and has had furniture providing shade/ cover as well). 
-To prep the deck using a deck cleaner solution. -Apply 2 coats of decking oil eg Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil. 
 -secure / reattach two railings that have come loose. 
-The top of the cedar railings also need to be sanded and patched and the have two coats of cedar stain paint applied

. The price offered assumes the following is included:
 -Supply of deck oil 
 -Supply of cedar stain 
 -Sanding machinery/equipment.
 
-You have your own insurance

Looking for someone to paint new skirting boards of an 80m2 unit White oil based paint is on-site

Do a refresh paint of the interior walls of a split level home (i.e. excluding ceilings, doors, door trimmings, cornices, skirting boards, inside cupboards/wardrobes). The task requires doing a refresh painting the walls of the: 
-Master bedroom 4.5m x 3.4m 
-Ensuite washroom 1m x 2m
 -Study 2.9m x 3.9m 
-Two kid bedrooms 2.7m x 4.1m 
-Rumpus room 3.4m x 5.8m 
-the entrance and stair area 2m x 5m
 -an open plan living room 6m x 6.4m Please see the photo of floor layout of the house in the pictures below. The painting task DOESN'T include painting the: -two downstairs bathrooms; -the laundry room; -the garage, -the kitchen area; nor -the ensuite bathroom.

 The task includes the following requirements:
 -The walls need to be painted with good quality paint (e.g. dulux paint) that matches the current paint colour (which is a light cream paint). -
The walls need to be patched i.e. picture frames holes and other minor holes or dents need to be filled in. -When painting the walls, all furniture and goods will need to be covered with plastic.
 -The Airtasker should provide the paint, equipment and insurance for the furniture in the property.
 It is hoped this task can be done by 20 January. If the task is done before 2 January the house will be empty. If done after 2 January the main bedroom will be occupied. There is a great deal of flexibility as to when this task can be done, including having access to the property over the Christmas - New Year period.

Sand back and stain/seal existing external timber stairs

I have removed 6 ceiling vents 40cm x40cm. The plasterboard needs the holes patched plastered ready for painting.

Pressure wash clean the deck, infill and steps with a total area of approx. 35m2. Rejuvenate the timber with deck wash and apply three coats of Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil.

Paint my 90m2 apartment white: living area, two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and laundry. Walls and ceiling. I have just bought the apartment but it is old and needs a refresh. Apartment will be empty of furniture. Looking for someone to provide pain and who has all the equipment. Very flexible on pricing.

The walls of my Tiny House (4 little rooms, about 60 sqm altogether) are deeply grey and I would love them to become white. The height of the walls differs from about 2m to about 3,80 I think. I don‘t have colour yet and would prefer high-quality natural colour if you can recommend one. Of course I will happily pay the price for it. The rooms are only little furbished.

I need someone to supply, cut, paint and install quarter-round trim on the floor next to the skirting boards. They need to be installed in two rooms: the first requires approximately 13 meters of quarter rounds installed; the second room requires approximately 15 meters. They need to be painted but we can supply the (white) paint. The photos below show the current skirting boards without and with the quarter rounds.
