Hi, Require paint repairs to the plaster wall ceiling in 2 bathrooms of my apartment. The paint is peeling and flaking off various off across the ceiling and sections of paint will have to be removed and entire ceiling repainted with a better product that will not flake and maintain integrity. Each bathroom ceiling area is roughly 6-8m2. In addition to the above scope, require a crack on a plasterboard in 1 bedroom to be patched and painted (2nd picture). Please provide a price to do the repairs and ensure the areas are clean upon completion of works.

Need a season painter to help paint a ceiling in a mezzanine-style staircase. It’s quite small, about 5ish m2, just not confident enough because it’s so pokey and my ladder doesn’t reach. Longest point from the floor in this area would be about 5m. Needs to be cut and rolled twice. I already have the paints and new rollers, just needs to be done. Half the photos are taken from the bottom of the staircase, and half are from the top (with some wide angles). Unfortunately due to my schedule late afternoons to night or weekends will work for me. A metal barrier has fallen and gouge a tiny section of the wall of my brothers apartment, the depth of the scratches looks insignificant really. Could just be a tiny sand a paint (paint on-site) worst case a tiny bit of bog may be needed. Just don't have the time to do it myself.
