Looking for somebody to repaint some external stair treads. Old paint is flaking so will need to be stripped, sanded, and have 3 coats applied. We will provide paint etc.

A metal barrier has fallen and gouge a tiny section of the wall of my brothers apartment, the depth of the scratches looks insignificant really. Could just be a tiny sand a paint (paint on-site) worst case a tiny bit of bog may be needed. Just don't have the time to do it myself.
