The job is cleaning and oil a wooden deck - note this will need 2 visits. Deck is total less than 60m2. There are 2 decks with stairs connecting them, and another around an in-ground pool. The deck is spotted gum, it needs application and scrub with Oxalic acid (I have this), then cleaning with gurney. Best done in early morning or late evening, but I hope you have some experience with using this type of product. Price is a placeholder, I only have a rough idea how long this can take.

I would be after 4 x chairs to be sanded, and stained. I have an oil base to go over it but I’m happy to do those coats. It’s just the stain and sand aspect. I want them to not show any signs of the old wicked colour and be more a dark brown. Front and back. I have started on one of the 4.
