Paint bonnet and bumpers

We have a 3x1 home in Carlisle that we are selling in 2 weeks. The eaves need painting (not fascia) before the 16th Sept. I have attached a few pics. There is some moisture damage from (now fixed) blocked drains so would need to paint with a paint that has a sealant. Is this something that you could do and if so, can you please provide a quote and when this could be done? Please note, we don’t have own paint & supplies. Need to paint the wall as paint came off

I have natural stone tiles in my ensuite, and they’re due to be sealed. I have the sealant but not a brush/roller. Can provide if needed. The tiles will need to be cleaned first according to instructions. Two coats are required, and drying time is about 2-3 hours, so would suit someone nearby. It’s only a small bathroom. It’s approximately 5 square meters of tiles which need to need sealed (just the pink ones) - Due date: Before Thursday, 12 October 2023
