A high set home needs the eaves painting. I have cleaned at least 50% of them. It just needs someone to paint them as I have developed back problems. Gloss white acrylic. I have all the paint here and a small amount of Green Highlights over tops of dorma windows. The meterage is about 50 to 60 m of white and roughly 15m in Green. Professional scaffolding is already in place to facilitate an easy and safe access. New gutters will be going on the home on. 12 September so the job can be started pretty much any time if you want to prep. Licensed and insured a must. Neat n clean work required.

There is a hole in the ceiling (dry) and its a dry wall patch which is required. The hole is 32 ×28 inches. I can do the painting just need the patch done.
