Paint the walls of a lounge room 5x5metres. Same colour as presently on the walls. Need refreshing. 2 of the walls are only half walls Ceiling doesn’t need painted. Also paint the skirting board .

Sanding back stain on wood stairs and balustrade

3x4 sm deck needs sanding and 2 coats of decking oil

1. Remove old red paint from cement floor using angle grinder. 2. Prepare and clean surface for repainting. 3. I supply cement floor paint from specialist hardware shop. 4. You supply all painting tools, materials and grinder. 5. Surface area is 15 sq m. This is the entrance to outside laundry and toilet. Only floor needs work, no walls.

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.
