Paint strip 60m2 outdoor area. Paint is on concrete pavers.

Tuesday 22 & Wednesday 23 October. Must use plastic gloves, mask & goggles. Spray every surface with clove oil and water. Come back following day 12-18 hours later and wipe off with paper towels using white vinegar

Paint the interior (walls, skirting and doors) of my one bedroom 65sqm apartment. Some minor wall prep required and preparation to the skirting required. The apartment comprises of; Bedroom Kitchen Living room Dining room Bathroom (already painted) The skirting has been affected by moisture In the past and has expanded in places and so requires minor filling and preparation. I rent the apartment so I cannot replace the skirting - we will just make the best job of it we can. Flooring is timber look vinyl or tile throughout other than the bedroom which is carpeted. Ceilings are circa 2400H The apartment will be furnished so furniture will require protection. Ground floor access with car bay adjacent for use during the day I can provide paint. Painting of front wall to property. One side is street facing and the other backs on to garden. The sealer and undercoat has been done on one side of the wall. A sealer/undercoat and final coat needs to be done by tasked on the street facing wall. Just the final coat is necessary on the inside/garden bed facing side of the wall. Parts of the inner wall are difficult to access due to shrubbery. As the painting has been initiated already, all materials are (roller, brush, paint tray and paint) is ready to go.

It is an old Jarrah fence - 12.2 long x 1.75m high. Will need 2 coats of paint. I will supply Weathershield Low Sheen paint

A small bedroom approx 4 m X 3m Must be able to complete work work w/e Thursday 7th sept. Max one day work. Will need to supply a basic off white low sheen paint. Not much prep needed as walls white, only requirement is to remove and patch intercom hole (not mandatory) No timber work . Must be very neat as new carpet. No ladder needed as low ceiling. Bedroom has furniture, difficult to get out so will have to use drop sheets and work around!

Duck tape was removed from the edges of a big window and now there is very tough residue all around the window that is very hard to get off. Needs the right chemical and tool. - Due date: Flexible

Moving out of a house in Claremont. Put up some pictures, now have taken out the nails and puttied the holes. Looks patchy. Needs sprucing up +|- coat of paint on one wall. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 June 2023

As per photos, I have small spots of peeling paint and plaster damage spotted around the house that needs rectifying, preferably by a painter with patching experience who is able to make the area blend in again. I have not photographed every mark to be done, however the photos show those with the most damage - there are also more smaller marks/scuffs around the unit. I have the old tub of paint used to paint the walls originally, but no other tools/materials. Price is based on general assumption of 3-4 hours work, however happy to negotiate once on site if needed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 21 March 2023

My French antique bedside table needs repair/restoration work. The varnish has started to chip off on the front left corner and I spilt some perfume on the back right side, which stripped off the colour in that section. - Due date: Flexible. Can be done at a time that suits.
