Find an experienced local painter in Clayfield

Looking for someone to assist with some general paint touch ups (various small spots) around the house as I finish some renovations. Skills Required: 1. Neat/clean painting ability 2. Ability to apply caulk/no gap if required (neatly) 3. Ability to follow instruction I have all the paint/brushes/equipment necessary, I am just time poor. I am looking for another set of hands. Must be completed with me tomorrow. Thinking 3 hours of work.

Main Bedroom ceiling 3.6x3.6 to be plaster set sheets already installed -4 joints approximately to be set and sanded at 2.4 ceiling height -60mm cornice to be installed as well to perimeter

Need 7m of exterior wall (ground floor only) painted. This will require filling any gaps and 3 paint coats (single colour). Rotten battens have already been repaired and cauked.

Lexus IS250C 2010 requires bonnet and roof sprayed. Paint work has badly deteriorated.

Paint wooden kitchen cabinets and replace knobs.

Filling of holes and chips in wall, sanding and prepping for painting - just after a very professional smooth finish so I can then clean, prime and paint myself.

Please see picture attached the sizes of the walls are as follows all walls about 1m high back balcony is 2 walls 4.5m x 1.9m Front balcony is 3 walls 2x 1.3 and 1 x 5.6m currently very rough and sharp render.. dangerous for our toddler.. would like to render over and if we can add VJ panel vertical lines imprinted into the wet render to dry smooth with those lines. no idea on price so ill just put $250 in the amount and we can chat

Hi, I used some sellotape on the ceiling to hang balloons & the paint came off while getting it removed. Also a small mark on the wall from furniture Just need these 2 small areas repainted since I have vacated the property.
