**Job Title: Paint Two Small Rooms (Walls & Ceilings)** **Description:** I am looking for an experienced painter to paint the walls and ceilings of two small rooms. The paint will be provided. You will need to supply your own painting equipment (brushes, rollers, drop cloths, etc.). **Requirements:** - Experience with painting interior walls and ceilings. - Ability to ensure a clean and professional finish. - Must take precautions to protect furniture and floors. - Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail. **Rooms to be painted:** - Two small rooms (size and details will be shared upon accepting the job). - Walls and ceilings only. We would like the outdoor of the house repainted (Not roof). We would like all areas including pine decking, balustrades, walls to be sanded down and painted. All materials will be supplied, only tools & labor required.

Quite a bit of break through rust, needs sanding back rust prevention treatment and painting. The eaves can be done at the same time. The house is 20 squares. Paint, anti-rust treatment and tools will be supplied.
