Scope of Works – Merbau Deck Cleaning and Re-Oiling Project Overview: The project involves the cleaning and re-oiling of three separate Merbau decks to maintain and enhance their appearance and durability. The work will include surface preparation, thorough cleaning, and the application of a natural oil finish. Use Intergrain Nature's Timber Oil Deck Areas: Deck 1: 17.5m x 3m (52.5m²) Deck 2: 6m x 1m (6m²) Deck 3: 4.5m x 3.5m (15.75m²) Scope of Work: Cleaning: Apply a suitable deck cleaning solution to remove dirt, mildew, and old oil residues. Scrub or pressure wash the surface as required, ensuring thorough removal of contaminants. Rinse decks with clean water and allow them to fully dry before oiling Oiling Application: Lightly sand any rough or splintered areas if necessary. Apply a high-quality natural oil suitable for Merbau timber using a brush, roller, or applicator pad.

A coat of Dulux paint, ceilings, walls, skirtings, architraves, doors, internal. 2 bedroom, lounge, dining kitchen open plan. 2 Bathrooms, tiled to ceiling , paint ceiling only.

A small kitchen with cupboards and drawers in very good condition in a 2-pac bluish colour however want to spray paint 2 pac in a white or neutral colour for a modern update. Approx 8 drawers and 11 cupboard doors. It is a very compact, small kitchen. Pantry door is glass. Want the paint work to be high quality so it will last for years without chipping or scratching. Potentially looking also to paint the lounge and two bedrooms depending on costs. Ceiling and walls would be the same white colour.
