Sand the floor of a cubby house (pictured), vacuum and clean down, and apply 1x coat of Wood Hardener as primer. Dimensions are 2750mm x 3010mm. Hand sanding will be needed for the corners. Orbital sander, sanding discs, sandpaper and block, vacuum cleaner, metho, wood hardener, paint tray and roller all supplied, no need to bring anything except yourself. Will need to be done on a day with no rain before or after. Plenty of additional work is available if a good job is done to fill the rest of your day, by arrangement. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 14 September 2022 or another day when no rain is forecast, to be arranged.

We have just moved into a house in Copacabana and need 3 walls painted. They will need undercoat probably in a grey to hide the colour beneath as they are bright colours. One is particularly high maybe 13 ft or so. This will need a high ladder and to be painted both sides as per the pictures We will purchase the paint. So this is just for labour

We had new spotted gum screens built around the base of our house. There are approx 40 m square to prepare by using mould remover or pressure cleaning and then apply a clear or very light brown stain. Prefer 2 coats.
