Painting one bed room apartment

End of lease in rental house and need a few areas on the wall patched and touched up with paint from teenagers hanging things. Several other small areas like behind the antique mirror will need patching and painting. We also have 2 metal handles on a wardrobe that need to be put back in. We do not have the paint but colour is basic white.

I need 8 large bolts removed from house, in rendered structure. House being painted and painters will fill holes, sand and paint.

Entire 2 bedroom apartment incl. sunroom Require painting walls with Dulux Wash & Wear Interior Low Sheen in White and ceilings. If you prefer empty apartment to paint it is empty until 3rd Dec Tuesday.

Our swimming pool has a wooden edging and parts of it have rotted. They need repairing and finally painting. I would like to change the colour of the edging to white.

Tried to get paint stains out of carpet myself and made it worse

Gurney garage roof and paint, I have gurney and can supply paint , see pic. Repair, patch spots of rotting timber on side of house, need ladder, cant provide pics of this as too close to fence

I have a small bit of paint coming away from the wall in my bedroom which is around 8cm. Its from a small scuff which It needs repairing please. The first photo shows the wall, the second shows it close up. Its white gloss and there is a tub at the property but may need a bit of filler potentially to level it out. It will literally only take 10 minutes but I dont have any time or tools to do it myself. Parking available on Mandalond road outside the property.

To hand wash the external walls of our house and front wall. It can either be hand washed or by using high pressure water spray. The house is a cottage with some higher areas which means a ladder will be necessary or the high pressure spray can be extended.

We have 2 plaster bedroom ceilings which have dust and spots of mould which need cleaning. Main bedroom approx 4x4m and 3m high and spare bedroom 3x3m and 3m high.

I need a good painter to finish off painting this bar bench I am installing The dimensions of bench are 1.2x2.4 I am halfway through putting on one coat of primer but am running out of time and would like a good painter to finish off priming the shelves and then also applying two coats of semi gloss black paint All the paint is currently here but if there’s more needed then I’m happy to pay for whatever extra is needed Need this finished tomorrow Cheers 🤙
