Find an experienced local painter in Cronulla

I need the walls and ceilings (and door architraves) of my one bedroom apartment painted. The walls will need to be cleaned and prepped before painting starts as there is currently construction dust over everything. The ceilings are going to be painted in colours (green and cream) and will probably need at least two coats. A couple of the walls (kitchen and bedroom) have been newly rendered and might need a sand before paint too.

The render was repaired yesterday and is drying today. Painting the render repair is the main priority. If time allows, there are secondary tasks like painting over hairline cracks and fixing flaking paint on a cornice or two. See images for more details.

I was going to do this job myself using CSR topping compound however I ran out of time. Just need the cracks filled with topping compound, then sanded and then painted with matching paint please.

I need a quote to paint a 3 bedroom unit. Unit is vacant and completely empty. Need to paint all walls in 3 bedrooms, living room, hallway, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, and 6 wooden doors. All white. Can be done any time this month.

Freshly painted floor of a single garage needs a light sand prior to repainting. Hand operated electric sander provided. Only the sanding is required no painting. I would think one to two hours would be sufficent time but will pay for three hours at $50 per hour total of $150 cash. Time on date is flexible.

I have caused damaged to the paint by using a 3m Velcro hook. The paint has totally lifted . Can you please repaint it ? Or patch it .

The timber decking boards are convex and so a mechanical sander won’t work. Majority of the deck just needs to be cleaned before staining but an area of about 3m is exposed to the sun and the previous stain needs to be removed before re-sealing. This will need to be done by hand. I have the stain and am happy to do the full clean but need someone to sand the required area, give it a good sweep and then apply 2 coats of stain, allowing sufficient time between coats to dry.

Paint large cubby house and pergola inside and out, 2 coats. Already 2 coats of primer done. Will be assembled. Deck has been stained so just walls and roof. I have the paint, all natural white.

A small portion (roughly 1x1m) of the ceiling in a room has been affected by moisture. Require qualified and insured trade to replace the affected section + the cornice in that same section. Also require the Tasker to paint the affected area (normal ceiling white paint provided). Expectation would be painting the patched area as required, then 1 coat on the full roof (3x3.9) to blend it. Note that this is on the top level of a duplex and you cannot fit in the roof cavity above the section. Please note that while the gyrock section is down, a pest control person will be throwing a bait in the roof - will not affect your work, they just need 2mins to place a bait. *I previously posted this task, but for some reason my account is not being recognised. Apply wallpaper mural in kids bedroom, some hooks on backs of doors and walls from 10:30am. May be some extra odd jobs to be done as moving into new place. Ladder required

I need paint touch ups around house mainly on architraves, skirting and doors. There are about 20 areas throughout the house with minor flaws. In some cases will need to be filled with putty and sanded before painting. I will supply paint but other equipment will need to be provided when you do the job.

2 ceilings need painting. 1) in bathroom -just a pint- small area 2) in laundry strip off current paint and repaint. Coudl expand to include more tasks.

The fence is weathered and it needs a deck clean gurney wash, followed by a spray on clear coat/seal. - RHS fence both sides need doing, inside and outside - CENTRE fence both sides need doing, inside and outside - LHS (taller fence) only one side needs doing, the inside. The RHS clean only is already half done which you can see as example. All tools and materials are provided. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024
