Need a person to strip paint off painted bathroom floors using heat gun and scrapper. I have tested the task and know the paint comes off without too much hassle. Tools and face mask will be provided.

Bath and wall tiles to be painted white

Brand new ceiling (6 month old apartment) - I attempted to repaint two patches. I obviously failed and likely need my entire ceiling living room ceiling repainted. It is 5x7.5m. 1. I have the paint (unsure if enough but can buy more) b. Unsure if my downlights need to be removed prior to painting. I also have curtain rails that will need to be covered. c. I am hoping we might be able to shorten one of my curtain rails (unscrew, cut shorter, patch up the hole prior to paint) Thanks in advance

A small portion (roughly 1x1m) of the ceiling in a room has been affected by moisture. Require qualified and insured trade to replace the affected section + the cornice in that same section. Also require the Tasker to paint the affected area (normal ceiling white paint provided). Expectation would be painting the patched area as required, then 1 coat on the full roof (3x3.9) to blend it. Note that this is on the top level of a duplex and you cannot fit in the roof cavity above the section. Please note that while the gyrock section is down, a pest control person will be throwing a bait in the roof - will not affect your work, they just need 2mins to place a bait. *I previously posted this task, but for some reason my account is not being recognised. I have two small rooms in my beauty salon I need the ceilings painted. Also potentially some touch up paint around the salon on skirting. One room is 190cm x 320cm and the other is 170cm x 320cm. As plasterer will be finnished by then. We have cans of previous paint job with colour code, but new materials will need to be provided by painter as there is not enough paint. - Due date: Needs to be done on 29/30 March 2023

Need 3 x holes patched and painted on exterior cladding where redundant pipe work went through the house. Please refer to pictures. (We have the paint) Patch 3 x holes in gyprock on internal walls and paint. (We will supply the paint) Patch 1 hole in skirting board where speaker cable ran out.
